  We collect information from buyers and suppliers when they register to gain access to our services or when they are requested to provide their personal and business details. During registration, we ask the buyers or suppliers for their name, email address, business information and other personal details.

  On successful registration, users are no longer anonymous to the eleB2B.com and EFY Group website admins, and it is deemed that the user has given us the right to publish the relevant personal and business details for the following purposes:

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or conduct any other such activity on the site

  As a buyer or supplier, you may edit your account information and profile by logging into our website and/or by sending a request to the admin within the panel. The requested changes will take time to be displayed on the website because of the cross-verification process.

  At the same time, a registered user account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will only result in the user not being able to access the members-only area of the website. The rest of the information about that particular user will remain in our records.
