1996 - Acquisition of the company Heinrich Vogt, Pforzheim. Suppliers of the jewellery industry; later merged with Microtherm GmbH.
1992 - Founding of the joint venture Triumph Fortune International Ltd. (TFIL) in Hongkong, China. Manufacturing in China and Sales in Southeast Asia.
1988 - Founding of MIC-AIR GmbH at the Pforzheim location. Aircraft and flight rental.
1980 - Acquisition of the distribution company Panta. Sales of digital, analogue display devices and protective motor switches, and power plug-in connectors.
1978 - Founding of Canadian Thermostats and Control Devices Ltd. (Cantherm) in Montreal, Canada. Production of Moxie semiconductors and sale of the German products in North America.
