Fluoropolymers and Thermoplastic Fluoropolymers is known for their excellent properties such as chemical resistance, wide temperature service ranges, low-friction and electrical insulation properties. These properties made these material ideal for tubing solutions. Some of the component include PTFE, E-PTFE, ETFE, FEP, PFA, PVDF and E-CTFE.
Thermoplastic Polymers & Elastomers are used for varied applications in designing projects. These polymers are known for properties like transparency, elasticity, hard to scratch, high fatigue resistant, biocompatible and chemically resistant. Some of the polymers of this group include EBA, POM, PET, PBT, PC, PA, TPE-E, TPE-A (Pebax), PE, EVA, EMA, TPE-U (PUR), TPE-O and TPE-S.
Compounding process allows us to enhance the properties of polymers thus, maintain consistency in the quality. For example, fillers, colorants and additives can be used to achieve radiopacity. The production process can be performed in clean room facility if the designing require that. In-line controlling measurements and traceability are the two main operational processes.
