We offer solutions that cover the entire life cycle of an electronic product: feasibility project’s analysis, engineering, industrialisation, certification, electronics’ production, finish products and systems realization and after sales services.
The Italian branch of Tecno System, the headquarters and first production facility of company, is located in Mercenasco, in the district of Turin. The facility covers a 3000 sqm indoor area and was built in compliance with the requirements dictated by the electronic manufacturing.
The executive bodies that supervise the Design, Process Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain Management activities are located in this facility. With regard to production, the facility is complete and is organised according to the ideal flow of the production cycle.
All production environments meet the ESD parameters pursuant to standard EN61340, while the warehouse, SMT and Conformal Coating departments are climatically controlled to ensure the ideal temperature and humidity rate required for processing electronic components.
